Patient below requested to keep as much skin as possible for the outside and wanted depth. After consultation, procedure performed was Peritoneal Pull Through (Robot Assisted Laparoscopic Approach) Penile Preservation Vaginoplasty.

Revision for above patient: Peritoneal Pull Through, Re-vaginoplasty surgery from 1 cm to 13cm depth. Bilateral labioplasty.
Patient below desired to use only scrotal tissue as graft. Her goals were no additional groin or abdominal grafting and to use as much tissue that was available to depth. Depth was dependent on how much scrotal tissue was available. She obtained depth of 7cm. External labia crafted from tissue left after obtaining graft.
